Truth for Health Foundation has kept our promise to the public to provide a CITIZENS VACCINE INJURY Reporting System to carry out safety review of the COVID shots, and report our findings to the public…something the CDC is supposed to be doing and is not doing. Our user-friendly report form is available on our website. The report system is user friendly, easy to use, and can even be completed on your mobile device!

◦ Our new educational handout on VACCINE INJURY LABORATORY TESTS is now posted under our Vaccine Injury Resources. You can request these tests to be ordered by your health professionals. If you cannot get your physician or nurse practitioner to order the tests, there are online “self-serve” laboratory testing services and you may order the tests for yourself.
◦ On the legal front, Truth for Health Foundation is involved in the lawsuits against the DoD as part of our efforts to support our military service members in their fight for medical and religious freedom. The Foundation’s attorney, Todd Callender, is the lead attorney on the first DoD lawsuit filed August 2021, and he has just filed a NEW appeal in this lawsuit. The Appellants Brief is available – click here to read the Motions filed against the vaccine mandates. It is a LANDMARK legal brief.
