Almost a year into your Presidency, you do not have your own Administrator at agencies like TSA and FEMA & in other critical areas like intel at Dept of War, you still have career bureaucrats whose loyalties are most definitely not to you or your Admin occupying many deputy positions instead of your appointees. These are just a few examples.
