The words don’t come easy today. Just a heavy heart…and silence. You’ve never needed my eloquence to understand me. You’ve never required perfect phrases to move toward me. You are the God who hears groans, interprets tears, and translates the ache in my chest into holy intercession.
So here I am. I’m too tired to talk, too burdened to explain, but still reaching…because deep down, I know You’re near.
Your Word says the Spirit intercedes for me with sighs too deep for words (Romans 8:26), and that You bottle every tear (Psalm 56:8), so I trust You see what I can’t say.
Hear my heart, Lord. Hear the pieces of it I can’t hold together. The hopes I’m scared to voice. The grief I’ve buried deep. The longing for peace I can’t manufacture.
