Biden and Mayorkas are going to use January’s #’s to show that the recent Border “security” efforts i.e. Abuse of Parole Authority & the Declaration of North America (DNA), are successful.

“An increase or decrease in total apprehension does not even provide a clear-cut look into border security because both high and low totals can be taken as improving or deteriorating border security. For example, an increase in apprehensions may come from enhanced border security capabilities or a limited capacity to prevent illegal entries in the first place. On the other hand, a decrease in apprehensions may signify improved deterrence capabilities or that few who attempt unlawful entry are detected and apprehended (Morral et al., 1).
On top of that, an increase or decrease in apprehension totals may not even be primarily due to actions taken by the government to improve border security. With no clearly defined process to measure border security this permits Leadership to log vanity metrics: Apprehension #s (Objective) and Gotaway/Turnback #s (subjective-which can be manipulated) to determine the Security level of the Border

Leadership manipulates and hides the gotaway #’s due to no accountability; leadership also hides all the other metrics needed to determine the security of an environment to include the Mexican Cartels and all their operations

This type of reporting (Apps, with falsified TBs and gotaways) enables Leadership to write-off the decreasing security and stability of the border region (due to the increasing power of the cartels and the failing State of Mexico)... while showing the border is more secure than ever

There are thousands of ways to pull data from the uniformed Crime report (UCR) database because it classifies the information by city or county or region, by population, by type of crime, etc.

However it does not classify it as linked to the cartels

Because of this, it’s relatively easy to pull statistics in a way that supports anyone’s theory about the absence of an invasion or cartel activity

Leadership, has a DELIBERATE plan to show that the border is secure, even though by every OTHER metric, the border situation is getting worse.

DHS’ 1st assessment wasn’t until 2020 and it stated that the greatest threat to our nation was far right extremism and White Nationalism (Chad Wolf). The assessment’s emphasis on Violent extremism overshadowed our greatest threats invading us through our Southwest border

Without a proper assessment, and by only using the vanity border security metrics, leadership framed the border as only an immigration or humanitarian crisis...

Meanwhile, the ever more powerful cartels continue to own and operate on both sides of the border and BEYOND our border. human trafficking, drug trafficking, money laundering, kidnapping, extortion, lawlessness, slavery, indentured servitude, violence, corruption, international enemy and terrorism nexus, international orgs and NGO nexus, etc... the list goes on... A Gray Zone War
